Return Policy
At Youth Skin RX, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of skincare and medical-grade products, we only accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery for unopened and unused products only.
Products must:

Be unopened and unused

Be returned in original packaging and original product box

Include all original components and inserts

Be in resalable condition
Used or opened products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used products UNLESS product packaging is defective upon opening.

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact Youth Skin RX within three (3) days of delivery.
To process a damaged or incorrect order claim, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, submitted via email to marketing@youthskinrx.com within 48 hours of receiving product

Photos of the shipping box and shipping label

Order number and contact information
Once the claim is approved, Youth Skin RX will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email to you.
Returned items must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return shipping label.
Return Shipping
Youth Skin RX provides prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
Youth Skin RX is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment if improperly packaged by the customer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow 14 business days for refund processing after the return is received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Youth Skin RX or carrier damage.
Refused Returns
Youth Skin RX reserves the right to refuse returns that:

Do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

Are returned used, and/or opened.

Are returned without original packaging

Are returned outside the approved return window
Refunds Are Only Issued For:

Approved returns of unopened and unused products

Damaged products reported within the required timeframe

Incorrect items shipped by Youth Skin RX
All refunds are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Refund Method
Youth Skin RX does not offer refunds unless the product is proven to be defective. Youth Skin RX will refund to the credit card that was used for the initial product purchase. Refunds to alternative payment methods will not be issued.
Youth Skin RX offers:

Online store credit, good for online redemption for a period of up to 6 months.

Damaged Products
Customers must notify Youth Skin RX within three (3) days of delivery if a product arrives damaged.
Claims submitted without photographic evidence may be denied.
Required documentation includes:

Photos of damaged product

Photos of original packaging

Photos of shipping box and label
Incorrect Purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the incorrect product, unopened and unused items may be eligible for store credit or product exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.
Products must remain sealed and in original packaging, and customer will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping for product exchange.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Depending on the customer’s financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in the account.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Youth Skin RX prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback to allow the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the chargeback process may result in denial of future purchases and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
