Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY (Updated 6/2026)

Thank you for choosing our practice. We are committed to providing exceptional care to all of our patients. To ensure optimal provider availability and efficient scheduling, we enforce the following Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Notice Requirement for Cancellation or Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us sufficient time to offer the reserved time slot to other patients requiring care. 

As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client. 


2. Late Cancellations and No-Show Fees

Any appointment canceled, rescheduled, or missed with twenty-four (24) hours' or less notice will be deemed a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show" and will be subject to the following non-refundable administrative fees:

Appointment Duration Fee Amount: Appointments up to 30 minutes is $75.00.  Appointments over 30 minutes are $150.00.

 

3. Credit Card on File Requirement

To secure your appointment and facilitate efficient checkout, all patients are required to maintain a valid, authorized credit card on file.

  • Authorized Charges: Your card on file will be used to process payments at checkout following your appointment, as well as any applicable Late Cancellation or No-Show fees as defined in Section 2.
  • Authorization: By providing your credit card information, you explicitly authorize the practice to charge the card on file for any outstanding balances or applicable cancellation/no-show fees.

 

4. Restrictions on Future Bookings

In the event a Late Cancellation or No-Show fee is assessed, the balance must be paid in full prior to scheduling or booking any future appointments.
